How it works
Sculpture Rewards
- Big sculptures can can unlock one reward each
- Small sculptures can unlock one reward each (if displayed individually)
- Small groups can unlock one reward each (if displayed in groups)
- Sculpture rewards are optional and open to sponsors
- Sponsors can restrict the use of the reward to once per person (optional)
If you’d like to offer a milestone reward too, please speak to your event team. Submit your reward before 2nd May 2025 to be featured in the trail app.
Restrict the use
To restrict your app reward to once per person you can request an in-app claim code.
Your event team will give you a unique 4 digit code.
When a player shows their reward screen your staff will ask them to click the claim button.
They enter the in-app claim code number.
A message saying the reward has been claimed with the date will appear.
Download the crib sheet below to brief your staff on how to apply the claim code.
Competitions
Competitions are held on your website where you capture your own data and provide the terms and conditions. Make sure you provide the competition URL in your reward description. Due to the gambling rules on the App Stores the reward description should avoid heavy competition words such as ‘win’ ‘prize draw’ ‘competition’.
