Overview
Ellesmere students have been looking at environmental issues this year. They wanted to highlight some of those issues in the design of Atlas and in his description. Green house gas emissions associated with food waste are 5 x those linked to the aviation industry, bananas are one of the most commonly thrown away items in the UK. We thought elephants would not approve of that!
