Dorothy

Created by: Dorothy Goodman School
Location: Attenborough Arts Centre – The Salmon Gallery

Overview

The sculpture was delivered to the Vocational Sixth Form site of Dorothy Goodman School. Students got to see the elephant for the first time in an end of day assembly. They were thrilled to work together, creating a design that would reflect the life of the school. All students and staff at Sixth Form were given the opportunity to contribute to the design, sharing something of their interests or hobbies; everyone was able to add their mark to the sculpture.
