Overview
Harmony the elephant is a vibrant reflection of Leicester and its creatively rich community. It expresses the spirit of a diverse yet united city, whilst celebrating 40 years of LOROS and acknowledging the resilience of its people. Relatable across all ages and faiths, artist Charlotte Pepper wishes Harmony to be both a source of inspiration, and a figure of comfort for anyone going through difficult times.

Meet the Artist
Charlotte Pepper
I’m Charlotte Pepper and I’ve lived and worked in Leicestershire for the past 28 years! I worked in-house for the |Greetings Card Industry for 20 years, before taking the leap into the realm of freelancing, and I now work as a freelance artist, represented by the wonderful Advocate Art Ltd! I get the opportunity to work with great clients from across the globe, on many fun projects, including stationery, childrens’ books, calendars and jigsaws! I mainly work digitally these days, with photoshop being my preferred “medium”, so the Stomp Round Leicester project would be an exciting opportunity to get the paints out again and get messy!
